Our History
LT Home Healthcare is an agency providing long-term home healthcare services. Our office is located in Conroe, TX and proudly serving Medicaid clients since December 2016. We are currently serving more than 600 clients throughout Texas.
Our Story
LT Home Healthcare was established in 2016 when we felt the need to have a quality home healthcare agency that has the passion for our client’s care. Even with 18+ years of combined hands-on experience in the home health care industry, we felt that we could not do it alone; thus, we have built a strong management team who has the same passion, values, and goals.
